On Site Staffing

Century Rehabilitation provides an onsite manager to supervise the therapy staff and oversee planning and delivery of all services. Century works cooperatively with our health care partner to ensure a smooth transition form its current rehabilitation service provider.

Performance/Quality Management

Century utilizes a straightforward quality management system that includes performance management, quality assessment and ongoing improvement. We understand each facility has their unique needs and commit our full cooperation and compliance with your facility's performance, quality management regulatory demands and accreditation requirements.

Management Reports

Century's information management system allows for custom design of billing and management reports to meet the needs of your facility. We work in cooperation with each facility's management team to develop a customized set of management tools, including satisfactory reports and regular reporting schedules. We also work with facilities that to provide specific information and analysis as needed.

Management Support

Century provides complete management of the rehabilitation services department including staff recruiting, staff development and training, performance evaluations, utilization/quality management and reporting, and on-going performance improvement. Century conducts customer/patient satisfaction measurements in full cooperation and coordination with the facility's quality management systems. Century also participates in market development and public relations both within the facility, as well as, in the community.
