Richard K. Pellerin

President/CEO

Richard Pellerin began his career as a long term care administrator with General Living Centers, a division of General Health Systems, where his experience included the successful operation of a 135-bed nursing/assisted living center and a 202-bed nursing/assisted living center. His interest in rehabilitation in the skilled nursing facilities led him to a position as Director of Operations of Louisiana for a private contract rehabilitation company. He later became Regional Vice President with In-House Rehab, Inc, a public company based in Louisville, Kentucky. There he managed operations of Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma and Mississippi.

In July of 1999, Richard and his partner purchased the Louisiana operations from In-House and created Century Rehabilitation. The company double in size in just three years.

Richard obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University and is a licensed long term care administrator in the State of Louisiana.

Vice President of Operations

Tammy joined the Century Rehab team in 2003 as a staff Audiologist. She quickly became involved in the daily management of the Rehabilitation Services Dept at Ville Platte Medical Center in Ville Platte, LA. Her interest in the operations of the company moved her into a Regional Management role covering Louisiana and East Texas. As Century Rehab expanded further into Texas and acquired more clients, she moved into the Vice President of Operations position.

Century Rehab has proven to be a perfect fit for Tammy's clinical background paired with her management and operations interests. She believes strongly in providing the highest quality services to Century's patients and clients, as well as, providing a great work environment for her employees.

Tammy earned a Master of Science Degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 1994 and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology.
